Job Purpose
This is a 12-month internship starting October 1st. You will support daily procurement operations and performance activities through administrative and operational tasks. Under indirect supervision, you will contribute to our procurement goals.
Your Tasks
* Support performance management by defining KPIs, tools, and methods for evaluating procurement performance, ensuring transparency and reporting.
* Ensure procurement compliance by developing, implementing, and applying policies and guidelines.
* Advise on procurement processes, standards, tools, and best practices to maintain an effective procurement organization.
* Provide first-level support and act as an interface to second-level support.
* Gain comprehensive knowledge of the entire procure-to-pay process, including invoice processing.
* Drive continuous improvement by challenging and enhancing daily processes for greater efficiency.
Your Profile
* Vocational or specialized training in Procurement.
* Some relevant experience, such as internships or entry-level roles.
* Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
* Openness to quick learning, with commitment and adaptability.
* Excellent team player with strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Structured, logical, and analytical approach to work.
