The importance of this key role is paramount to Sandal; being one of the largest privately owned BMW/MINI Retailers in the area, our aim is to deliver a premium service. Reporting directly to the Service Controller, you will be responsible for dealing with a wide range of customer enquiries, progressing work through our Aftersales department, and invoicing once completed.
You will be a bright professional, with previous retail motor industry experience as a Service Advisor. You should have the ability to plan ahead, maintain good communication with team members and customers, and ensure our business potential is maximized while exceeding customer expectations. A full driving licence is essential.
The training for this position will surpass that of other manufacturers, including ongoing courses on new model technology and customer service at the BMW Group Training Academy.
