What you'll be doing
* Owning your section and smashing out consistently tasty plates.
* Bringing confidence and high standards to every service.
* Prepping, cooking, and plating with pride – whether it's Friday night madness or a relaxed Sunday roast.
* Working closely with the senior kitchen team to bring fresh ideas to menus and specials.
* Keeping your kitchen space spotless and safe – hygiene heroes only.
* Sharing your skills with younger chefs, giving them the confidence to thrive.
What we're looking for
* A Chef de Partie (or an ambitious Demi ready for the step up) who knows their way around a busy service.
* Solid knowledge of food safety and the basics of running a clean and efficient kitchen.
* Someone who is cool under pressure, loves teamwork, and genuinely cares about the food going out.
