About You
What qualities does a Pilates Instructor need to join Virgin Active?
* You hold at least an NVQ Level 3 Pilates instructor qualification.
* You can coach and motivate members effectively in your Pilates classes.
* You meet targets for class occupancy and instructor ratings from members.
* You ensure the safety of members at all times and hold public liability insurance of at least £2 million.
* You regularly check in with the club team and stay updated on class policies and instructor procedures.
* You love working with people and can foster a community where group fitness class attendees become enthusiastic supporters of Virgin Active.
* You are receptive to constructive feedback and continually seek ways to learn and improve, inspiring others while having fun and maintaining integrity.
* When teaching at Virgin Active, you will support the team, be authentic, work diligently, and dream big.
