As an Operations Assistant based in Fort William you’ll be responsible for:
* Assisting customers at the trade counter, providing prompt and efficient service while building strong relationships.
* Delivering goods to local customers using the branches vehicle
* Carrying out general warehouse tasks, including booking in stock, putting stock away into designated locations and maintaining high standards within the warehouse.
* Picking and packing customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.
This is a full-time, permanent role working 42.5 hours per week Monday to Friday between 7.30am - 5pm
And here’s what we’d like you to have:
* Driving license is a must
* A positive attitude and a willingness to learn, including the completion of necessary training (forklift licence training will be provided).
* Confidence when engaging with customers and delivering outstanding customer service
* Great team player
