Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled legal professional to join our clients Corporate & Commercial team. This role involves delivering timely and effective legal services to our clients, managing a varied caseload, and contributing to the growth and success of the department.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Corporate & Commercial Law
* Meet annual fee earning targets
* Manage an agreed caseload in consultation with the Department Head
* Follow firm procedures and systems to manage cases effectively
* Ensure timely and cost-effective case processing
* Bill promptly and pursue outstanding balances efficiently
Person Specification
Qualifications & Experience
* Qualified Lawyer (Solicitor or CILEX)
* 2 years plus PQE
* Minimum 2 years’ broad corporate and commercial experience (more senior candidates also considered)
