We are seeking a friendly Support Worker to join our supported living in Southport. You will be committed to supporting autistic people to live as independently as possible and to be part of their local community. Our Support Workers focus on encouraging health and well-being and the people we support are at the heart of everything we do!
Responsibilities
* Support autistic people to live as independently as possible and to be part of their local community.
* Encourage health and well-being; keep the people supported at the heart of everything we do.
* Deliver flexible, person-centred support tailored to individual goals.
* Engage in activities that align with interests, such as cooking and baking, arts and crafts, gardening, learning new skills, and accessing community activities (e.g., local walks) and voluntary work.

* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Patient, caring and supportive
* Passion to develop and learn new skills
* Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
