About the Role:
* Deliver engaging and relevant Business lessons across Key Stages 4-5, following exam specifications and incorporating current business trends and case studies.
* Plan and deliver lessons that foster entrepreneurial skills, financial literacy, and marketing knowledge, utilizing a variety of teaching methods and resources, including business simulations and guest speaker sessions.
* Assess student progress through business plans, presentations, and written work, providing detailed feedback to support their development.
* Organize and lead business-related activities, such as enterprise challenges, visits to local businesses, and work experience placements, promoting student engagement and industry connections.
Ideal Candidate:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a strong Business subject knowledge, including business theory, economics, and entrepreneurship.
* Demonstrated experience teaching Business to A-Level, with a focus on both theoretical concepts and practical applications.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
* Commitment to building strong relationships with local businesses and industry professionals.
