Salary: Up to £65,000 (DOE)

Weekends: 1 in 3 Saturdays (limited cover to keep it fair)

The Role
You'll be joining a well-run first-opinion practice with a supportive team and realistic expectations. The caseload is sensible, consult times are manageable, and theres trust in your clinical judgement.
There is an element of sole charge, making this a good fit for a vet who enjoys autonomy — but without the pressure of nights or out-of-hours responsibility.
What Youll Be Doing
* First-opinion consultations and routine surgery
* Managing medical cases with confidence and care
* Taking sole charge when required
* Working collaboratively with RVNs and support staff
* Building long-term relationships with clients
* Maintaining strong clinical and professional standards
What Were Looking For
* RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon
* Comfortable with some sole charge
* Calm, capable, and clinically confident
* Someone who values flexibility and balance alongside good medicine
