As a Clinical Nurse Advisor you must have in-depth urological experience and be able to demonstrate a strong commercial awareness. Responsibilities:
* Connect with patients remotely and provide meaningful support through Appliance Use Reviews (AURs).
* Collaborate with our Vyne Customer Care and Conversion teams to improve patient experience and grow our service.
* Educate and empower patients on the correct use of urology products, ensuring safety, comfort, and confidence.
* Support your peers by sharing clinical insights and training our in-house teams.
* Own your caseload and manage your time effectively in a hybrid working model.
Requirements:
* Registered General Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC pin.
* Solid experience in urology, continence, or bladder & bowel care .
* A passion for patient-centred care and a natural ability to put people at ease.
* Commercial awareness and confidence working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
* Familiarity with regulatory requirements and processes in healthcare.
* Proficiency in computer systems and software including Microsoft office.
