Shift patterns: 40 hours per week. Monday - Friday Day Shift (working between the hours of 6am and 4pm)

Responsibilities
* Maintain system integrity by accurately managing stock levels and ensuring timely goods receipt processes
* Produce and analyse KPI reports to support operational performance and decision-making
* Investigate and report stock discrepancies, using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track and resolve issues
* Support reverse logistics operations, including processing and managing depot returns efficiently
Who this role would suit
* Demonstrates a good level of numeracy and IT proficiency, including experience with Microsoft Excel and Warehouse Management Systems
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively across teams
* Proven administrative experience is essential, ideally within a warehouse or logistics environment
* Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial, with hands-on stock management knowledge in a warehouse setting
