You will support teachers in creating a positive and inclusive environment where pupils can thrive both academically and personally. As a Classroom Support Assistant, you will work closely with teaching staff to provide guidance and encouragement to students in their daily learning. You will assist in maintaining a well-structured and supportive classroom setting, offering help in group tasks and one-to-one support when required. Your Responsibilities as a Classroom Support Assistant : Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons. Work with pupils individually or in small groups to enhance learning. Assist in managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning atmosphere. Support students with their educational and social development. Help prepare classroom resources and learning materials. Encourage and motivate pupils to participate fully in their learning. Classroom Support Assistant Requirements: CACHE Level 2 or 3, NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Childcare or Teaching Assistance (desired but not mandatory). A relevant degree in Education or related field is desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience working with children in a school setting. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. A patient, caring and supportive approach.
