Position Overview
Operations Transformation, Insurance (Claims and/or Underwriting Focus).
Sector: Insurance, with a specialisation in Claims and/or Underwriting within the London Market.
Focus: Leading transformation projects, enhancing claims and/or underwriting operations, and modernising processes.
What Your Days Will Look Like
* Lead delivery of projects focused on claims process enhancement and/or underwriting transformation.
* Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring client satisfaction and tangible outcomes.
* Manage teams working on business analysis, process mapping, system implementation, and product definition.
* Collaborate with brokers, underwriters, and other stakeholders in the London Market to align transformation efforts.
* Optimise claims processes and improve service delivery.
* Support proposals, pursuit activity, and development of thought leadership on underwriting modernisation.
* Translate business objectives into target operating models, system workflows, and data requirements.
