We are looking for a Document Controller/Project Administrator to join our team office based in Theale, near Reading. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of up to £35,000 per annum (DOE) with excellent benefits. About the role: As the Document Controller/Project Administrator you will have complete autonomy in this position and will be well organised and highly motivated to support the Pre-Con and Projects Team. You will act as a bridge between the office and site staff. You will provide flexible, integrated, and timely support to the Senior Management Team, ensuring that all administrative tasks are executed accurately whilst seeking ways to improve the efficiency of the team. Full training will be given in this role. Responsibilities as our Document Controller/Project Administrator will include: Supporting projects throughout their full life cycle, from the first contact by the client, to collecting feedback and creating case studies, after practical completion. Providing administrative support to the whole team to enable effective project management delivery, including managing and maintaining records and logs, and producing regular reports for the PMs, Pre-Con, Project team and staff on site. Using Procore our specialist construction software to share information with clients, creating additional permissions templates and be first point of contact with project related Procore queries. Assisting our Site Supervisors in managing their snags, by creating and issuing snag reports, and updating progress on our clients' document management systems. Providing additional support to the Health & Safety Manager, staying up to date with the individual needs of the clients, in terms of H&S inspections and reporting. Using Procore, ACC AutoDesk, Trimble (ViewPoint), Project, and other document management software ensuring drawings, schedules and other project documentation are kept updated and distributed. Updating Eque2 with all deliveries made to site; chase outstanding deliveries, liaise with suppliers for proof of delivery and create daily reports Gather information and collect data concerning Profixed's carbon footprint. What we're looking for in our Document Controller/Project Administrator: Previous experience as a Document Controller/Project Administrator would be preferred.
