WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
* Undertake valuations for secured lending, financial reporting, and investment purposes
* Provide expert advice on landlord and tenant matters, including rent reviews and lease renewals
* Assist in receivership and recovery instructions, ensuring compliance and professional standards
* Support agency transactions, including marketing, viewings, and negotiations
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering excellent service and insight
* Contribute to business development and the growth of the team’s profile in the market
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SELECTED?
* MRICS qualification (newly qualified or up to 2 years PQE)
* Strong analytical and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple instructions and meet deadlines
* Commercial awareness and an interest in the London property market
* A proactive, professional, and client-focused approach
