We’re looking for aProject and Evaluation Officerto join our innovativeYouth Justice and Prevention Service (YJS). In this vital role, you’ll lead on project delivery, evaluation, and performance reporting—ensuring our work is evidence-based, effective, and continuously improving.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Leading and supporting projects that enhance service delivery and outcomes.
* Designing and implementing evaluation frameworks to measure impact and inform improvement.
* Collecting, analysing, and interpreting data to produce clear, evidence-based reports.
* Preparing statutory returns and performance reports for the Youth Justice Board (YJB) and other stakeholders.
* Supporting the development of digital tools and systems to improve service efficiency.
* Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to share learning and drive innovation.
What We’re Looking For
* A degree or equivalent experience, with a strong understanding of project management and evaluation in public or multi-agency settings.
* Proven ability to analyse complex data and translate findings into actionable insights.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inform strategic decisions.
* A collaborative and proactive approach to working with diverse teams and partners.
* Strong ICT skills and a commitment to digital innovation.
