Senior Project Manager – Reading - UK - Hybrid Location: Reading, UK Type: Full-time For over 24 years, Itergy has supported organizations in their IT infrastructure projects, specializing in Identity Security, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Microsoft technologies. Work Environment Hybrid work environment may require occasional travel as required by project scope and client needs. Responsible for managing multiple Active Directory consolidation large-scale projects across departments and geographies. Responsibilities: Strategic Project Leadership Lead the development and execution of complex project plans, timelines, and deliverables. Define project scope, goals, and success criteria in alignment with organizational strategy. Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring coordination and alignment across functions. Stakeholder Management & Communication Serve as the primary liaison for executive leadership, clients, and key external partners. Facilitate high-level project meetings, steering committees, and executive briefings. Communicate project vision, objectives, and progress to all stakeholders, ensuring transparency and buy-in. Resource & Financial Management Direct resource allocation, including senior staff, vendors, and technology assets. Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting for large-scale initiatives. Risk, Issue & Change Management Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate complex project risks. Lead resolution of critical project issues, making decisions and escalating as appropriate. Oversee change management processes, ensuring smooth adoption of new systems and practices. Performance Monitoring & Reporting Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for project success. Deliver comprehensive progress reports, dashboards, and presentations to senior leadership. Ensure all project documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with organizational standards. Qualifications: Experience Minimum 7 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role. Proven track record managing large, complex projects in IT or related fields. Experience leading cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams. Skills & Abilities Advanced leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Exceptional strategic thinking and decision-making abilities. Mastery of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project). Superior organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication, with experience presenting to executive audiences. Education & Certifications Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management IT or related field. Professional certifications: PMP, Prince2 Practitioner, or equivalent (required).
