The Paytech Nexus platform is the core processing platform for the Edenred group, processing over 1.5 billion transactions annually across 30+ countries through various channels including open-loop and closed-loop card schemes, funding channels, and bank payment rails.
This platform supports diverse financial programs such as fintech challenger banks, travel, fuel, employee benefits, and retail gifting.
Paytech issues products under its own e-money license, regulated by UK & Belgium authorities, and processes transactions for clients with their own licenses.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced, process-driven individual to join the ‘Portfolio Tools & Process team,’ responsible for deploying tools and processes to support Paytech’s portfolio delivery, involving over 300 staff across various departments.
The team’s key objectives include:
1. Providing financial metrics and insights on costs and operations.
2. Standardizing and managing the end-to-end delivery process.
3. Maintaining tooling to maximize benefits.
4. Providing KPIs on portfolio delivery to support strategic decisions.
The goal is to enable efficient, standardized delivery processes with data-driven decision-making capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Process:
* Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships to improve portfolio delivery processes.
* End-to-End Oversight: Oversee process design and execution aligned with business goals.
* Process Evaluation and Design: Standardize, evaluate, and improve processes.
* Quality Assurance: Identify and eliminate defects.
* Innovation: Foster improvements with minimal disruption.
Tools & Management of Change:
* Support tool configuration changes.
* Create documentation and training materials.
* Lead process rollouts and communicate changes effectively.
Control:
* Monitor post-implementation benefits.
* Provide KPIs and analytics for process improvement.
* Troubleshoot and optimize processes.
* Support strategic decision-making with metrics.
Skills & Behaviours:
Core skills include stakeholder management, process evaluation, change management, data analysis, communication, organization, and motivation.
Experience in process roles, managing multiple stakeholders, implementing processes, and familiarity with agile methodologies and KPIs are preferred.
Technical Skills:
Experience with JIRA, reporting tools, and business KPIs is beneficial.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills are essential.
