Improve how targets are set, track progress, and visually manage performance across teams. Keep programme cost baselines accurate and up to date to ensure multi-million-pound projects align with contract expectations. Ensure all teams work from a single, trusted set of data and reporting tools. Act as the functional owner for core systems including Envision and airworthiness platforms. Shape and maintain the businesss data architecture, ensuring reliability, security and long-term stability. Lead a team of analysts and developers to convert complex data into meaningful insights and automated dashboards. Review and refine business processes to create a more agile, efficient and competitive organisation. Define the medium- and long-term transformation agenda and lead its delivery across multiple departments. Oversee the governance of the full transformation programme, managing risks and reporting progress to the Senior Leadership Team. Collaborate with Finance to track benefits, manage investment and ensure transformation activity delivers a clear return. Champion continuous improvement and modern ways of working, encouraging cross-functional collaboration. Lead and develop a team of BI and application specialists.
