A welcoming and supportive primary school in Cwmbran is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join their team this October. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone passionate about education - whether you’re just starting out or already have classroom experience.
Responsibilities
* Supporting the class teacher with lessons and daily activities
* Providing 1:1 or small group support for pupils with ALN (Additional Learning Needs)
* Delivering targeted interventions to boost learning progress
* Encouraging a positive, safe and engaging learning environment
* Helping with classroom organisation and resources
Qualifications & Requirements
* Enthusiastic, caring and dedicated individuals
* A genuine interest in supporting children's learning and development
* Experience with ALN is an advantage but not essential
* Great communication and teamwork skills
* A proactive attitude and eagerness to grow in the role

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
