Shifts:
Monday - Friday, 06:00am until finish
Sunday - Thursday, 06:00am until finish
As a Quality Control Operative, you will be essential in maintaining our reputation for excellence. You will be responsible for upholding strict quality standards across all stages of our production process.
Key Responsibilities
* Inspect and Verify: Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials and finished goods to ensure all products strictly meet specified horticultural and company standards.
* Reporting: Accurately record all findings, complete detailed quality reports, and promptly flag any deviations or non-conforming products.
* Collaboration: Work closely and effectively with production teams to address quality issues, implement corrective actions, and foster a culture of quality assurance.
* Process Adherence: Ensure all quality control procedures and processes are consistently followed in a busy, fast-paced environment.
Essential Requirements
* Proven Quality Control Experience: You must have previous, demonstrable experience working in a quality control or quality assurance role.
* Attention to Detail: Exceptional precision and a keen eye for detail are crucial for inspecting products and recording data accurately.
* Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively report findings and collaborate with different teams.
* Accuracy: The ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and thoroughness in documentation and inspection tasks.
