What we're looking for Previous experience carrying out Landlords Gas Safety checks. Previous experience carrying out repairs and maintenance of Gas central heating boilers and associated heating systems. CCN1, CEN1, WAT1, (CENWAT), CPA1, CKR1, HTR1 Unvented Hot Water Systems, Oil & LPG qualified, HETAS, and ASHP would be beneficial. Full, clean UK driving licence.
