What You’ll Do
This Quantity Surveyor role is responsible for managing the commercial and contractual aspects of audiovisual (AV) projects, ensuring accurate assessment of completed work, effective change control, and maximised financial performance across a portfolio of installations. The role also supports project teams through contract reviews, cost management, and risk assessment to ensure profitable, on-time delivery.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
1. Conduct contract reviews with the project team upon contract award, including downstream subcontractors
2. Ensure the project team understands the commercial and contractual terms of the agreement
