About Vantage Data Centers
Vantage Data Centers powers, cools, protects and connects the technology of the world’s well-known hyperscalers, cloud providers and large enterprises. Developing and operating across North America, EMEA and Asia Pacific, Vantage has evolved data center design in innovative ways to deliver dramatic gains in reliability, efficiency and sustainability in flexible environments that can scale as quickly as the market demands.
ProductTeam
Product team within the CTO organisationis the owner of the EMEA data centre product, responsible for defining, governing, and standardising the platform in alignment with global direction while addressing regional and customer-specific requirements.Welead early-stage product definition, including test fits and commercial alignment, andareaccountable for translating customer technical standards and requirements into tailored reference designs. It owns product cost and value, including BCO alignment, and defines OFCI technical standards, specifications, and inventory strategy to ensure consistency, repeatability, and scalability across the portfolio.
Beyond definition, the Product team governs how the product is applied and evolves across the business. It sets performance requirements, drives programme management, process improvement, and digital enablement, and ensures strong alignment with delivery and constructability. The team manages product change and governance, oversees design partner alignment with product intent, and establishes the frameworks for compliance and assurance. Through continuous feedback from live projects, it refines the product, improving quality, consistency, and performance while ensuring alignment with operational realities and customer expectations.
