32.5 hours per week Term time only plus 5 CPD days, 8.30am - 3.30pm.
Salary KSB £19,152.85 (FTE: £25,126.00) plus SEN Allowance of £1,484.97
What You’ll Do:
1. Provide individualised support—emotionally, academically, and socially—helping the pupil feel safe, valued and ready to learn
2. Work closely with the class teacher, therapeutic staff, and SEN team to implement strategies that reflect the pupil’s needs and strengths
3. Adapt learning materials and approaches to support communication, regulation and engagement
4. Champion The Orchard Way—Trust, Belonging, Aspiration, Voice, Pride and Curiosity—through every interaction
