A residential property maintenance company is currently recruiting experienced End of Lease Cleaners to assist with end-of-tenancy property preparation. This role focuses on restoring empty properties to a clean and presentable condition before new tenants move in. Duties include: Full cleaning of unoccupied homes Deep cleaning kitchens, ovens, and surfaces Bathroom cleaning, descaling, and mould removal Cleaning windows, skirting boards, flooring, and doors Preparing properties for landlord and agency inspections Requirements: Minimum 2 years of cleaning experience Ability to complete jobs independently Own cleaning products and equipment required Reliable vehicle or transport access Very good English communication skills Additional Information: Mostly weekday work Bookings generally last 4–8 hours Weekend jobs may occasionally be available Pay: £15 per hour
