You’ll oversee financial reporting, controls, and accounting processes, working closely with operational and regional finance teams to support business performance during this key transition period. What you’ll be doing • Lead day-to-day financial control, reporting, and compliance activities for the Colchester site. • Ensure all financial processes comply with SOX requirements and company standards. • Manage month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery of financial reports. • Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses to assist business decision-making. • Liaise with internal and external auditors, ensuring smooth audit processes and compliance with accounting policies. • Oversee the maintenance of SAP ECC / Navision systems to ensure accurate financial data. • Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure alignment across multinational financial operations. About You You are an accomplished finance professional with a strong accounting background, experienced in managing financial operations within a multinational business. You’re analytical, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where deadlines and accuracy are key. You’ll bring: • A strong accounting and financial control background, ideally within a manufacturing or service organization. • Experience working in a multinational environment, collaborating across regions and functions. • Proven ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and compliance. • Knowledge and experience with SOX controls and internal audit processes. • Hands-on experience with SAP ECC and/or Navision systems. • Solid understanding of auditing principles – prior audit experience is an advantage. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
