Background A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Senior Practice Nurse to work in an exceptionally well-run surgery, which has an incredibly eclectic mix of patients from affluent to deprived. The very stable GP Partnership have designed the clinics to best service this population, and as such they have a low number of total patient contacts, appointments are 15-30 minutes long and the clinicians always have an interesting variety of work each day. You can expect a very balanced role, as the Senior Nurse will be focusing on clinical work – traditional Practice Nurse duties and Chronic Conditions – as well as mentorship/team development responsibilities. This is a highly progressive Teaching practice for Medical Students and FY2s and are a GP Training Practice with ST3 Registrars. They are well connected and within 5-10 minutes-walk from several tube stations.
