Location: Menstrie Bond, Menstrie

Working Pattern: 4 days on, 4 days off – 42 hours per week

We’re looking for a reliable and confident Security Officer to join our team at Diageo Menstrie.
In this key frontline role, you’ll play a vital part in maintaining site safety and protecting people, property, and assets. Working a regular shift pattern, you'll be the face of security for employees, contractors, and visitors – providing professional support and assistance at all times.
Main Responsibilities
* Control access and egress to the site in line with procedures
* Monitor CCTV systems and patrol the site regularly
* Complete detailed reports and incident logs as required
* Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring a safe environment
* Respond promptly and appropriately to incidents, alarms, and emergencies
* Support wider site security measures in line with BS7858 standards
What We’re Looking For
* A valid SIA Security Guard Licence is essential
* First Aid qualification is essential
* Confidence and flexibility to work independently and in a team
* Basic PC skills and ability to complete written reports
* Previous experience in a similar security role is preferred
