A leading FMCG food Manufacturer is currently recruiting for a Head of Distribution / Distribution Site Manager to lead an expanding SME Food Manufacturing Warehouse and Distribution facility. This role will be hands on and strategic, need proven experience in hands on Stock management / Stock control as well as outstanding leadership skills. Former experience in a small to medium Food Manufacturer / Food 3PL will be essential. Reporting into the Owner, this Head of Distribution / Distribution Site Manager will manage the distribution operations comprising warehouse and logistics of for wholesale, and the assembly and dispatch of retail across multiple selling platforms.
