Teaching Personnel is looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to work in secondary schools across Northampton. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping students with special educational needs (SEN) or learning difficulties to access the curriculum and thrive in a classroom setting. Working closely with teachers and SENCOs, you will support students on a one-to-one basis, in small groups, or within the classroom environment.
