Key Responsibilities of a Housing Officer: Manage all aspects of tenancy management, including sign-ups, tenancy inspections, and addressing anti-social behaviour (ASB). Take swift and effective action on medium to high-level ASB cases, working closely with tenants, police, and other partner agencies. Conduct regular estate inspections and home visits to maintain high standards and build strong relationships with tenants.
