County quality assurance lead (kent)

Role Overview

No one should die because they needed first aid and didn’t get it. St John Ambulance teaches people first aid so they can be the difference between life and death, and you can help us do this.

We are seeking a Regional Assurance & Quality Lead to cover Kent County. This role is responsible for managing the Assurance & Quality volunteer team in the region, providing clear guidance to enable the team to support their district teams, and actively promoting consistent quality across all activities delivered by St John Ambulance.

Responsibilities

• Lead assurance and audit activities with the primary objective of producing evidence to support ongoing regulatory compliance.
• Provide clear guidance to the volunteer team to support district-level Quality & Assurance practices.
• Promote and encourage consistent quality across all activities delivered by St John Ambulance.
