SCCS are looking for a Scheme Administrator to join our certification business in Doncaster. Joining an established and successful team with a real close knit family environment, you will be responsible for maintaining management systems, liaising with customers and stakeholders, answering telephone and email enquiries, and ensuring that appropriate documentation and records are prepared as required.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly operational team and gain exposure to a variety of different activities. The successful individual will be experienced in working in an administrative role/environment, be detail-oriented and be a confident communicator.

The Steel Construction Certification Scheme (SCCS) is the UKAS Accredited Certification Body specifically for companies engaged in the design, manufacture and installation of structural steelwork and its associated products and services.
Working closely with each of its clients across the steel construction sector throughout the certification and auditing services using an established, clear, staged and structured process. Ensuring everyone receives the industry leading service they are renowned for offering.
The role of Scheme Administrator will include, but not be limited to:
* Handling telephone and e-mail queries
* Document generation
* Complex data entry
* Contact with internal and external parties
* Liaise with key stakeholders
* Chasing of key documentation
* Maintaining management systems
* Diary management
The ideal candidate will be:
* Experienced in administrative duties
* IT Literate – including MS Office – Outlook, Word, Excel
* Enthusiastic about providing a first-class customer experience
* Inclined to take full ownership of our processes and ensure they are implemented correctly
* Highly literate and numerate
* Confident when liaising with both internal and external points of contact – including stakeholders
