Key Responsibilities
* Provide dedicated support to the Project Management Team in producing "As Fitted" drawings.
* Assist the Account Management Team in developing plans for tenders and bids.
* Produce O&M (Operation and Maintenance) manuals for internal teams and clients.
* Ensure timely delivery of all CAD-related tasks and maintain drawing standards.
* Support the CAD Team with daily coordination, task prioritisation, and quality control.
Key Duties
* Assist daily with as-fitted drawings for live projects.
* Compile and update client O&M manuals in line with project milestones.
* Work closely with Project Managers and Account Managers throughout project life cycles.
* Manage multiple CAD tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and work aligns with project requirements.
* Check designs with both Project and Account Management teams to ensure compliance with client specifications.
* Update drawing sets in accordance with change revisions, ensuring the most recent versions are always stored in the designated project folders (e.g., Cash platform).
Note: Duties may evolve over time in response to new clients and internal changes. All adjustments will remain within the scope of this role.
Qualifications And Skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Exceptional attention to detail is essential.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Excellent operational and organisational capabilities.
* Ability to develop practical and effective solutions independently.
* Competent in interpreting data from various sources and applying it to technical work.

* Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Bluebeam is desirable.
* Willingness to complete a certified AutoCAD qualification.
* Experience maintaining drawing files, tracking revision histories, and creating detailed equipment schedules.
* Familiarity with component itemisation and materials scheduling is a plus.
