Setting and Executing the Strategy for the Department:
* Setting the strategy for the department & executing the same
People Management & Development:
* Managing and overseeing team performance through performance planning, coaching and performance appraisals
Improving the efficiency of the current operation:
* Building strong relationships with leaders across the organisation and group companies
Relationship Management with Insurance market:
* Building relationships with insurance companies or brokers
* Managing and maintaining those relationships with insurance companies and brokers
Candidate Profile:
* Significant experience working at a senior level in a multinational corporation
* Expertise across a wide range of insurance lines (Property & Cat, Marine Cargo, Credit, Construction, Aviation, Energy etc)
* Experience managing & developing a team
