Position: Level 2 Nursery Practitioner
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, All year round
Salary: £26,291.20
Located on Capstone Road in Gillingham, Prima Montessori Nursery is nestled within the Elm Court Estate, offering ample onsite parking for families. Our nursery features eight spacious rooms, including a newly refurbished baby room, all designed to create calm and purposeful environments where children can explore freely. Your Role as a Nursery Practitioner:
In this fulfilling role, you will:
* Ensure each child’s individual needs are met, delivering high-quality care and education in a safe and nurturing environment.
* Observe, assess, and plan engaging early years activities that cater to each child’s unique learning and development needs.
* Collaborate as a professional team member, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn new skills.
* Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring they are regularly reviewed and applied.
* Follow risk assessments diligently and report any health and safety matters to management.
* Support the holistic development of children, including their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional growth.

What You Need to Succeed:
* Full and relevant Level 2 childcare qualification - essential.
* Fluency in written and spoken English - essential.
* Over 1 year’s experience in Early Years - desirable.
* Knowledge of the Statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements - desirable.
