Job Description
Western Digital is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Regional Creative Designer to execute, produce, and localize marketing creative for the EMEA region in close alignment with our Global Marketing and Creative teams. This role is a hands-on design execution position, focused on high-volume asset production, localization, and adherence to established global brand systems rather than concept development or creative strategy ownership.
This role supports regional marketing programs by translating global creative frameworks into technically accurate, region-ready assets across digital, event, partner, and campaign touchpoints. The ideal candidate is a strong production designer with deep experience working within brand guidelines, managing multiple deliverables, and collaborating across geographies and time zones.
You will play a critical role in ensuring Western Digital’s creative assets are consistent, accurate, localized, and delivered on time, enabling regional teams to execute effectively while maintaining global brand integrity.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Design, build, and produce marketing assets for EMEA initiatives across digital campaigns, web, social, email, presentations, events, and partner materials
2. Execute creative work based on established global brand systems, templates, and design frameworks
3. Adapt and localize global creative assets for regional markets, ensuring accuracy, cultural relevance, and brand consistency
4. Partner with regional marketing teams to support campaign execution, product launches, and ongoing regional programs
5. Collaborate with global creative and marketing teams to ensure alignment on specifications, formats, and delivery standards
6. Manage multiple concurrent design requests, balancing regional priorities with global timelines and production requirements
7. Prepare and deliver final assets that meet technical specifications, localization needs, accessibility standards, and platform requirements
8. Incorporate stakeholder feedback efficiently while maintaining design quality and production velocity
9. Maintain organized files, templates, and documentation to support scalable and repeatable design workflows
10. Stay current on design tools, production best practices, and platform requirements to improve efficiency and output quality
Required Skills
11. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with motion, video, or 3D tools (After Effects, Premiere, Maya, Unreal, etc.) is a plus
12. Strong working knowledge of brand systems, templates, typography, layout, and production standards
13. Ability to accurately interpret creative briefs, specifications, and global guidelines and translate them into finished assets
14. High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and quality control
15. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and deliverables
16. Effective collaboration and communication skills across global, cross-functional teams
17. Comfortable operating in a structured, matrixed, and deadline-driven global organization
Qualifications
18. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
19. Senior experience in professional design with a strong emphasis on production, execution, and localization
20. Experience supporting regional or international marketing teams, with working knowledge of localization workflows and cultural considerations
21. Proven experience producing high-volume creative assets within established brand systems
22. Experience working in B2B technology, enterprise marketing, or global brand environments preferred
23. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
24. Strong portfolio showcasing executional design excellence across digital and marketing channels
