We’re looking for a HR & Payroll Adviser to join our clients team for a fixed term contract for around 12-15 months. In this varied role, you’ll work alongside the HR Adviser on a range of generalist HR activities, while sharing responsibility for delivering an accurate and timely payroll service. This is a full time position with hybrid working, typically 2 days per week in the office with 3 days working from home. What you’ll be doing: Supporting managers and employees with day-to-day HR queries and processes. Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration. Partnering with the HR Adviser on employee relations cases, policy queries, and project work. Processing payroll accurately and on time, liaising with Finance as required. Maintaining HR and payroll records to ensure accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality. Producing reports and analysis to support decision-making.
