Head of Reward – Strategic Global Role
Location: Hybrid Working, Basingstoke, UK
Reporting to the EVP, Global Human Resources, with a team of 3 direct reports, our client is seeking a seasoned and strategic Head of Reward to lead the global reward agenda across its international business. This is a high-impact role for a commercially astute leader with deep expertise in compensation and benefits, executive remuneration, and global HR systems.
As a senior member of the Global HR team, you’ll shape and deliver a reward strategy that attracts, retains, and motivates top talent worldwide. You’ll advise the CEO, Remuneration Committee, and senior leadership on all aspects of reward, from executive compensation to global incentive plans, while overseeing the HRIS function and supporting international mobility.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the design and execution of the global reward strategy
* Develop and implement incentive plans for senior leaders and executives
* Advise on executive compensation, equity programmes, and market benchmarking
* Manage the global salary review process and ensure budget alignment
* Oversee HRIS systems and ensure GDPR compliance
* Support international mobility and manage external tax/legal advisers
* Own the Reward cost centre and ensure financial discipline
What You’ll Bring
* Degree-qualified in HR, Business, Finance or similar (MCIPD preferred)
* Extensive experience in global Compensation & Benefits across multiple jurisdictions
* Proven track record in executive remuneration and governance
* Familiarity with Willis Towers Watson and Aon methodologies
* Experience with global HR systems and mobility policies
* Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
