Reporting to the Business Controller you will be responsible for all aspects of financial reporting, leading a small team and business partnering across the group.Duties and Responsibilities: Act as a business partner to manage a global businessLead annual budget process and monthly forecasts for P&L and balance sheet, including working capital.Manage the monthly consolidation and related reporting requirements, including UK statutory requirements.Ensure conformity with US GAAP, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and all Corporate policies.Work closely with the corporate UK office on tax related topics.Provide support and leadership of all internal and external audits.Lead process improvements in month-end processes, FP&A and compliance.Drive the organization to achieve short- and long-term business objectives.Assist with ad hoc requests from the division or Corporate Position requirements:ACA or ACCA qualifiedUS GAAP and working experience in SOXMinimum 10 years in controlling and accounting experience, including as a UK Qualified Accountant with experience in hands on Management Accounts.
