We are looking for a Residential Team Leader to join Figbury Lodge. You will be part of a dedicated team committed to making a difference in the lives of those we care for. Our goal is to provide the highest standard of care, treating our service users as we would our own family members. You will utilize the latest care technology to spend more quality time with residents. Figbury Lodge has an excellent reputation as a valued care provider, with residents' needs at the core of everything we do daily.
Applicants should have previous experience working with older people in residential care, be flexible, patient, caring, organized, and excellent with people. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, along with working towards or having completed QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
Your responsibilities include building strong relationships with residents, their families, and healthcare professionals, ensuring everyone feels welcomed and informed. You will keep your Line Manager updated on residents’ needs and progress, follow guidelines and policies, and write care plans effectively.

Salary: £13.89 per hour
Working Hours: Full and part-time options available, including 12 and 36-hour contracts, with alternating weekends.
