We are looking to appoint a highly motivated, enthusiastic and positive Early Years Assistant to work across our Early Years base. We have a Preschool called Jellyfish and two Reception classes, Sharks and Turtles. This post will include mostly being based in one area of the Early Years Base, but you will be required at times to work across the Early Years Base.
You must have experience working with children in the Early Years, good time management and the ability to work flexibly using your own initiative. You must have a Level 3 Early Years Qualification. You should have a high standard of general education with good numeracy and literacy skills and be able to communicate effectively with children and adults. A good sense of humour and a friendly, approachable manner would suit this role well.

This is a Fixed term contract. Contract end date of 31 August 2026.

Term Time Based Hours: 31.25 hours per week, 39 weeks per year. Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:15pm
