Dedicated to supporting people experiencing homelessness and those at risk in the Poole and Bournemouth areas. We're looking for compassionate, resilient, and proactive Support Workers to join our team.
Provide emotional and practical support tailored to each person
Help people access healthcare, housing, benefits, and other services
Work collaboratively with local partners and agencies
Maintain accurate records and contribute to care plans
Experience working with vulnerable adults
A full driving licence and access to transport is desirable
