Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through B2B sales strategies.
* Engage potential clients and promote our products/services.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities.
* Build and nurture relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
* Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies and achieve targets.
* Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position our products/services.
Skills:
* Proven experience in B2B sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
* 3+ Years industry experience with at least 2+ years experience closing in energy sales.
* Familiarity with CRM software for managing client relationships.
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
* A keen understanding of market dynamics and customer needs within the industry.
