They are looking for a hard working individual looking for a challenge and to be rewarded fairly for their efforts. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include setting and operating CNC Turning machines, with the goal of manufacturing high quality, right first-time products. The ideal candidate will be confident setting and operating CNC Turning machines, and will be well-versed creating parts/components for high precision industries such as aerospace, automotive, oil & gas, nuclear, rail etc.CNC TurnerJob Description
* Set and operate CNC Turning machines (DMG/Mori/CMZ/Doosan, with Fanuc/Siemens controls)
* In process deburring and Self Inspection
* Ensure housekeeping is maintained to the highest standards
* Undertake to train on all machines to ensure 100% flexibility in the workplace
* Ensure all quality procedures are adhered to
CNC TurnerEssential Skills/Experience/Qualifications
* Experience setting and operating CNC Turning machines
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
* Confident machining high precision components for a highly regulated industry (such as aerospace, automotive, oil & gas, nuclear, rail etc)
* Strong problem solving ability
