Salary: £30,000 - 35,000 per year Requirements: Previous experience within a similar role is vital Ability to work independently Strong O365 skills Extensive Windows Desktop support experience around 10/11 years Extensive Active Directory experience Networking support, including basic configuration of routers & switches DNS/DHCP support experience Group Policy expertise Responsibilities: Supporting users on both a remote and face-to-face basis when needed Carrying out service requests Taking ownership of escalated calls from the service desk, diagnosing and resolving technical issues Triaging and escalating complex issues to the 3rd Line team Managing own workload in accordance with the businesss SLAs & KPIs Installing, configuring, and maintaining desktop and laptop hardware and software Reviewing, amending, and creating technical and employee-facing knowledge base articles and procedures Providing the highest level of customer service when onsite Technologies: Active Directory Hardware Support Windows Office 365 More: We are Charles Simon Associates, currently seeking a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join our prestigious client based in Blackburn on a permanent basis.
