Salary and Location
Salary: £25,000 - £27,500
Location: Farnborough

Key Responsibilities
* Set the standard for excellent service, ensuring each client receives personalised and attentive support
* Proactively follow up with warm leads, guide clients through the process, and provide assistance every step of the way
* While experience in insurance is a plus, you'll receive comprehensive training to ensure you can confidently advise clients on available solutions
* Accurately prepare and present tailored quotes based on each client's needs
* Clearly communicate the benefits of proposed plans to foster trust and build confidence
* Forge strong, long-term connections by understanding each client's unique needs and delivering the best solutions
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, client-focused mindset
* Strong willingness to learn
* Fluency in additional languages is highly advantageous
