Key Responsibilities
Provide expert advice on employee relations matters including conduct, capability, grievance, and disciplinary cases.
Support managers in resolving workplace issues through early intervention and informal resolution.
Lead on performance management processes and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Use people data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Champion equality, diversity, and inclusion across all people practices.What We Are Looking For
CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent experience)
Proven ability in case management, including conduct, grievance, disciplinary, and attendance matters.
Experience in policy development and implementation.
Confident using HR systems and tools for data capture and case tracking.
Skilled in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to identify trends and provide actionable insights.This position is initially for 3 months on a temporary contract.
