About the Client

Roles/Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
* Create and manage baseline programs to track project milestones.
* Conduct critical path analysis (CPA) to identify essential tasks and dependencies.
* Manage Extension of Time (EOD) claims with accurate documentation.
* Oversee resource allocation to optimize efficiency.
* Monitor and generate burn-down charts to track project progress.
* Collaborate with project managers, site teams, suppliers, and subcontractors.
* Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
* Maintain accurate documentation, schedules, reports, and forecasts.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
* Previous experience as a Project Planner in construction, façade installation, or a related field.
* Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar project management software.
* Strong ability to develop and manage baseline programs and track project performance.
* Experience in conducting CPA and assessing EOD claims.
* Expertise in resource allocation and project sequencing.
* Ability to analyze burn-down charts to ensure on-time project delivery.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and industry best practices.
* Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
* A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is but not required.
